Beta quick start and support notes
Start clean, verify your workflow early, and know where to look if something goes wrong.
Install and sign in
- Install the latest beta build from the beta portal.
- Launch Audja and sign in through the beta access flow.
- Wait for device authorization before opening important production work.
- Remember that each account is currently intended for one PC unless we approve otherwise.
Recommended first checks
- Open a sample project and confirm the viewport, fonts, and icons render correctly.
- Import a mesh, save a project, reopen it, and verify your scene state persists.
- Run one export path you rely on before using the build for client work.
- Test your slicer handoff at least once before trusting a new beta build on a real print job.

3MF and slicer compatibility
Audja's painted 3MF workflow is aimed at real-world slicer handoff. Current beta validation is focused on OrcaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Creality Print, Anycubic Slicer, and PrusaSlicer. Final material mapping, plate setup, and slicer interpretation can vary, so always review the exported file in your slicer before printing.
Autosave and recovery
Audja writes autosaves as separate recovery project files rather than silently overwriting your main project. Use normal project save when you want to update the actual working file, and use autosaves as a recovery path if a crash or interruption happens.
Support and issue reporting
Report crashes, export issues, account problems, or unexpected behavior through the built-in support flow inside the app or by emailing support@audja.com. The most useful reports include the Audja version, your slicer name and version, what you were doing, and screenshots or project files when possible.
Beta reminders
- Save often and keep backups of important work.
- Verify exports before production printing.
- Test new beta builds on a sample workflow first if the work matters.
- Expect ongoing fixes, compatibility work, and feature changes as Audja moves toward 1.0.0.
