Beta privacy notice
Effective June 15, 2026. How we collect, use, and handle data during the Audja public beta.
What we collect
Depending on how you use Audja and the beta portal, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information such as your name, email address, username, sign-in details, and account status.
- Purchase and billing records such as product plan, payment status, order identifiers, and basic transaction metadata from the platforms or processors we use. We do not need your full card number stored directly by Audja when a third-party processor handles checkout.
- Device and access records such as license authorization data, device identifiers, IP address, browser or platform details, and login activity used to operate and secure beta access.
- Support and crash information such as ticket content, emails, screenshots, logs, and crash details you choose to submit.
- Portal and site usage information such as analytics, browser information, referral data, and basic interaction events if analytics or hosting tools are enabled.
Why we collect it
We use information we collect to:
- create and manage accounts;
- control software access, licensing, and one-PC account rules;
- deliver beta builds, downloads, and portal services;
- process purchases, supporter payments, or founders access;
- investigate crashes, export problems, or account issues;
- prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized account sharing, or security incidents;
- improve compatibility, stability, workflows, and product quality;
- communicate with you about support, updates, pricing, or service changes.
How we share information
We may share information with trusted service providers when reasonably necessary to run Audja and the beta portal, including:
- payment providers and checkout platforms;
- hosting, storage, email, analytics, or authentication providers;
- support tooling used to receive or process tickets and crash reports;
- professional advisors or legal authorities when required by law or needed to protect our rights, users, or services;
- a successor entity if Audja or MTR Studio is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for beta operations, account access, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and product improvement. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and whether an account remains active.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data we control. No internet-based service is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to request account help, data-access help, correction of account information, or deletion requests where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or security reasons.
