Beta terms
Effective June 15, 2026. Terms for using the Audja public beta, beta portal, and related pre-launch access.
Beta status
Audja is currently offered as pre-release software. Features, compatibility, pricing, access rules, and service availability may change before the official 1.0.0 release. Beta builds may contain bugs, incomplete workflows, export differences, or other issues that are not present in a future release.
Accounts and license
- Beta access is provided for evaluation, testing, and legitimate use of Audja.
- Unless we approve otherwise in writing, each Audja account is licensed for use on one PC.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, license access, and download links secure.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense, mirror, redistribute, or publicly rehost Audja builds, portal access, account credentials, or private download links.
Payments, founders access, and support payments
- Audja may offer free beta access, paid beta plans, founders pricing, lifetime access, launch reservations, or supporter payments at different times.
- Supporter payments are voluntary contributions that help fund development and do not automatically create a software license unless the product page clearly says they do.
- Founders and early-access pricing is limited-time and may be removed, replaced, or changed before official launch.
- Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or required by law, supporter payments and digital access purchases are non-refundable.
- Payments may be processed by third-party platforms or processors. Taxes, fees, and local charges may apply depending on your region and payment method.
Expected use and backups
- Use the beta responsibly and verify important exports, slicer handoff, and project results before production printing.
- Keep your own backups of important project files, exports, and business-critical work.
- You are responsible for checking final geometry, color assignments, and slicer behavior before printing client or production work.
- You may not use Audja to violate law, intellectual property rights, export restrictions, or the rights of other users.
Feedback, tickets, and beta submissions
If you send support tickets, bug reports, screenshots, crash information, logs, feature requests, or other feedback, you allow us to review and use that material to operate, troubleshoot, improve, test, and support Audja. Please do not include secrets, client-sensitive material, or anything you are not comfortable sharing for support and product-improvement purposes.
Ownership
Audja, the beta portal, associated branding, site content, software code, build packaging, and related materials remain the property of MTR Studio or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property to you.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Audja beta builds are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free behavior, export compatibility across every slicer or machine, or fitness for any specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTR Studio will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, corrupted files, failed prints, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the beta.
Suspension, termination, and updates
- We may suspend or revoke access if we believe an account is being abused, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.
- We may modify, replace, pause, or discontinue beta access, pricing, portal features, or specific builds at any time.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal or software after an update means you accept the revised terms.
